Why weather still matters for a wet job
It may seem odd to care about rain when the job already uses water, but the weather affects comfort, visibility, spray control and drying afterwards. The model does not punish a tiny rain chance as aggressively as window cleaning, but heavy rain and strong wind still reduce the result.
Cold conditions deserve extra caution
Near-freezing conditions can leave wet surfaces slow to dry and may create ice later. The score therefore reduces very cold periods and severe winter precipitation. Equipment manufacturers can also specify operating-temperature limits that override this general weather screen.
